If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it complete with packaging and proof of purchase within 28 days for a full refund. All returned goods will be subject to a product inspection to check for faults or damage. Mamod Ltd reserves the right to deduct a product inspection and handling fee of £15 should the goods or packaging be damaged on return. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase we will exchange or refund to the current retail value only if a purchase date and purchase order number can be provided. We do not accept responsibility for charges incurred when returning items unless proven faulty. In addition we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods have been fired or used unless faulty. Non-faulty goods exchanged or replaced are subject to the normal p&p charges.
